Never fly those military flags or others above the American Flag
Never fly other flags on the right side of the American flag facing the audience
The American flag should never be smaller in size than any other flag flying together with it
On special days, the flag must be flown at half-staff, according to the haff-staff calendar or orders from the President or State Governors.
